- Login to Glympse PRO
- Click on your “Account” icon on the top right corner of the screen
- Click on “account & billing”
- Type in your login email address and enter code received via email (this is done for security purposes)
- Click on the “unit pricing” box
- Click on “cancel subscription”
- Select a cancellation reason and write a short description
- Click “Confirm Cancellation”
You can still use Glympse PRO as long as the payment period is still active. To reactivate your subscription, please refer to our article “Add & Remove Licenses” to learn more.
