Glympse users have told us they most often use their home and work address as their destination point. Because of that, we have added that option in the settings of the iOS and Android app, as well as a brand new section beginning in version 3.27 to add as many custom Places as you wish.
Tap the Main Menu in the upper left-hand corner and tap Settings gear icon.
You will see the section labeled ‘My Places’.
When you tap ‘Home’ and ‘Work’ in iOS, or Add in Android, you will be presented with the Destination Picker where you can either enter an address or search for an address. Tapping Select, or tapping the address will save it.
What benefit does this add?
Your Home and Work saved Places will now appear at the top of the destination picker when you are sharing location with others or when sending a Request + Destination.
