- Login into Glympse PRO
- In the navigation menu, click on “Orders”
- Navigate to the desired order and click “Actions”
- In the drop down menu, click “Reassign”
- In the window, choose the new technician you want for this order
- Click “Assign” when finished
When assigning an existing order to another technician, the system will automatically notify the new technician of the change and add it to his/her order list.
