- Login into Glympse PRO
- In the navigation menu, click on “Orders”
- Navigate to the desired order and click “Actions”
- In the drop down menu, click “Mark En Route” to start the technician’s journey
If the driver forgot to mark themselves as “En Route”, Admins and Managers have the option to activate this. However, we encourage you to have your technicians mark “En Route” within the Glympse PRO app. This ensures that the technician is responsible for his/her tracking responsibilities and is more likely to head straight to the customer’s location.
