- Login into Glympse PRO
- In the navigation menu, click on “Technicians”
- Next, navigate to the “Action” button next to one of your technicians
- From the drop down menu, select “Reset Password”
- Enter the new password in both the “Password” and “Confirm Password Box”
- Click “Save”
Note:
Admins and Managers can change their own password at any time via the Glympse PRO app by navigating to the “My Account” tab. Technicians cannot change their password on their own. They need to contact an Admin or Manager to reset their password.
